The only thing that matters is the processor, RAM, and graphics card. The only thing that might hold you back here is the processor.
If your OS is XP, then you should be fine, keeping in mind that you won't have DX10 settings available. Even if it's Vista, your 4 GB of RAM cover it.
Of course, don't run a bunch of background processes.
You should be fine though, all things said.
