What determines good gaming graphics in a computer..the processor or the graphics card?

Question by Jahangir: What determines good gaming graphics in a computer..the processor or the graphics card?
I'm building a computer...thinking of buying the AMD Phenom II Black Edition Processor cuz i've heard supports really good graphics. But i'm confused now because isn't the graphics or video card responsible for the level of graphics? Or does it depend on both? Thanks.

An nVidia GeForce GTX295 or higher than that or ATi Radeon HD Series..if you buy a low end graphics card then it'll bottleneck your PC..

Hope this helps..
