How many missions are in the COD MW2 campaign and what are there names?

There are 3 acts, and roughly 5 to 6 mission per act, so it's a total of 15 to 18 missions. They are great missions, all very epic. I especially like the "No Russian" one. But the connections among the missions are weak, so you really have to stretch your imagination to be able to know what the whole plot is.
