and how many are in silicon, phosphorus, sulfur and sodium?? please help!

you see it in the formula. H = hydrogen, and next to it below is the number that shows the amount of hydrogen atoms in the molecule.
There are no hydrogen atoms in those, because they are already atoms themselves.
