As above, how many crimes are committed each year with firearms that were purchased legally, but were then stolen and used by criminals?
Ok, how about information on the number firearms that are recovered by police and are found to be linked to at least one crime?

This is a question that is hard to answer since on one end you have one report of the stolen firearm. Unless that firearm is recovered and the suspect(s) caught with that firearm says he committed additional crimes with that firearm is the only way to that question can be answered.
Sorry, but it's a hard question to answer without stats from the suspect(s) telling what they did and they normally don't give that info up.
