How many recruits are the marines allowed to discharge in a month?

Answer by Jake
There is no exact number, and there is no monthly limit. A marine recruit can be discharged out of the DEP (delayed entry program) if there medically or mentally unfit. The marine recruiter might give them a hard time for wanting to get out, and tell them its not possible because they want to make there quota. The recruit needs to simply explain the reason they want to be out, and hope the recruiter and his chain of command see's the reason and discharges the recruit.

Question by Eric: How many videos are watched on Netflix per month?
Do you know how many videos are watched on a monthly basis via Netflix's website? (Please note: not how many videos are available/streaming on Netflix; only how many are actually watched.) Site your source, please. Thanks in advance.

I searched the web up and down and couldn't come up with the exact info that you were looking for. What i did find is that netflix.com gets 50 million hits per month (according to webboar.com, according to wikipedia: as of 2008 it gets 16 million per month), ships 60 million dvds per month, have 15 million subscribers.

i found it: "Netflix subscribers are continuing to consume more and more of their video content online, with 61% of them watching at least 15 minutes of streaming video during the company’s second quarter". 61 percent of 15 million is 9,150,000 thats how many streaming users there were in the second quarter. one quarter is 3 months long so 9,150,000/3= 3,050,000 users viewed 15 minutes or more. now you need to figure out how many times per month the average viewer goes on. i searched up and down the web for that and I couldn't find it so i tried my best: i would say an average person with access to unlimited movies would watch about 1-2 a week.(given the time which i assume subscribers have, as otherwise they wouldn't subscribe). so 1.5 times 4.3 weeks per month= 6.45 hits per perso per week. im guessing about half of the average users movie watches are dvds by mail so cut that number in half: 3.225. multiply thatby the number by the amount of users that stream monthly and you get: 9,836,250. According to my calculations that is how many videos are viewed on netflix monthly. There is a lot i didn't account for, like viewers watching tv shows probably watch more videos than movie viewers, but there is no way to know how many users watch tv shows. I tried my best.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

In The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, author Stephen R. Covey presents a holistic, integrated, principle-centered approach for solving personal and professional problems. With penetrating insights and pointed anecdotes, Covey reveals a step-by-step pathway for living with fairness, integrity, service, and human dignity--principles that give us the security to adapt to change and the wisdom and power to take advantage of the opportunities that change creates. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change was a groundbreaker when it was first published in 1990, and it continues to be a business bestseller with more than 10 million copies sold. Stephen Covey, an internationally respected leadership authority, realizes that true success encompasses a balance of personal and professional effectiveness, so this book is a manual for performing better in both arenas. His anecdotes are as frequently from family situations as from business challenges. Before you can adopt the seven habits, you'll need to accomplish what Covey calls a "paradigm shift"--a change in perception and interpretation of how the world works. Covey takes you through this change, which affects how you perceive and act regarding productivity, time management, positive thinking, developing your "proactive muscles" (acting with initiative rather than reacting), and much more. This isn't a quick-tips-start-tomorrow kind of book. The concepts are sometimes intricate, and you'll want to study this book, not skim it. When you finish, you'll probably have Post-it notes or hand-written annotations in every chapter, and you'll feel like you've taken a powerful seminar by Covey. --Joan Price
