on average 2ml of semen has roughly 40 million sperm. 2 ml is not that much, considering there are 30ml in an ounce (studying this right now in nursing school)

so there are thousands of sperm in a drop, but it just takes ONE sperm to get a girl pregnant.

It says on the bottle how many you can take in a day. You should exceed that dosage.
