With my last baby my doc/midwife watched my fluid for several weeks it stayed on the borderline of 5. When she was 4-6 weeks early (depending on whose EDD you were using) she was still measuring small and my fluid had dropped to 4.6. I had an emergency induction with pitocin and they waited until I was 8 CMs dilated before breaking my water. She was 5 pounds 14 oz and perfectly healthy :)

It depends upon he competition and on the event. Where I go, the judging panel sits in a row, facing the ring, for events like kata and breaking. The number in each panel may vary, but five is the norm. For sparring. I always see five judges. The head judge stands between the fighters and runs the ring, much like a boxing ref. The other four judges are each stationed at a corner of the ring, but they will move to get a clear view.

There is a guy who maintains a list of services that run in Windows Vista (Service Pack 2). The list tells you what you can disable and also briefly explains what all of them actually do.

I use that list on all of the computers that I build because I like to disable as much of that *stuff* as possible in order to make the computer run faster.
