Question by Kristen: How many parents that abuse their children are mentally ill?
I am doing a report for my abnormal psych class, and I cannot seem to find this information. I know that it is impossible to know exactly how many, but can anyone find how many are diagnosed with a mental illness? Even an educated guess would be helpful, but I really need a link so that I can cite my source. Thank you!

I would think all of them are mentally ill on some level.
