Question by Sophie M: How many calories are in these food items? How many calories are in these foods?
2 apples 1 weetbix with milk 1 corn cob
Can someone tell me how many calories these foods contain? All together, or separately, I don't mind.
Best answer:
Answer by Jess5518 An apple is around 50-80 calories depending on the size, a wheetabix is 60 calories and a corn on the cob is around 110 calories (assuming you don't have butter). The milk it really depends how much you had, but probably around 80 calories. So in total, about 300-330 calories. Hope I helped! :)
