I want to get into PC gaming, little help?

Question by Liam: I want to get into PC gaming, little help?
I have a tower case and motherboard already, so really im just upgrading crappy parts with these. I'm on a budget but i'd just like an opinion on these parts. Bear in mind that i'm a massive noob guys.

Sapphire HD 5450 1GB DDR3 HDMI DVI VGA Out PCI-E Graphics Card.
4GB RAM (Two Kingston DDR3 2GB sticks).
AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.00GHz Socket AM3 2MB L2 Cache.

So with these parts do you think i could play games like; Lord of the Rings Online, World of Tanks, Killing Floor, Oblivion and other decent games?

How to build the best gaming PC for the buck! This video is now in two parts. Part 1 covers what hardware is selected and why it was chosen as the best value for the dollar as of November 2012, when the video was created. Part 2 covers the actual assembly of the parts into a working PC. How to Build a Gaming PC 2012 - Part 2: www.youtube.com If you are interested in purchasing this PC, it will be sold at cost to any willing buyer in the USA but I cannot warranty it. That isn't to say the PC won't have a warranty, only that the owner will have to deal directly with the hardware manufacturer in the unlikely event of a failure. Most PCs I build work flawlessly for years, but there are exceptions to every rule.
