Usually I get heartburn at least once every other day. I just take 3 at a time, and it goes away. I know they're ok to take during pregnancy, but how many is too many in a day? Just curious

It says on the bottle how many you can take in a day. You should exceed that dosage.
ETA: You should NOT exceed that dosage. Typo fail :c
