I need help for my project but I don't know how to calculate how many stocks are outstanding or how to find it for that matter. I know that it is in the investor relations section in the financial report, but I can't find it?

The company's name is iRobot (IRBT)- stock symbol

They would have clearly mentioned some where how many normal ordinary shares being issued, no of convertible shares , preference shares and other mode of convertible option shares in their annual report so search for it u will find it,
