A girl is born w/finite number. How many is that? Where do they go during the lifetime? Can you have them counted?
Do you lose them when you menstruate? If so, if you're infrequent and irregular, then you do you have more?

Women's eggs are never released during their menstrual cycle. We have what can be referred to as main eggs and then we have polar bodies, The polar bodies are what are released during menstruation, but the eggs you get pregnant with never leave you. It's a very complex thing.
