Question by kidberg0509: Why does my laptop have severe lagg sessions occassionally while playing World of Warcraft? While playing World of Warcraft, my computer has occasional lag sessions that make it almost impossible to play the game. I have tried to figure out the problem and have yet to do so. Before the lag sessions will quit, I have to exit the game and restart it about 20 seconds later. However, its not long till they begin again. Can anyone please help me? Best answer:
Answer by Ian Do the other players seem laggy to you, (i.e. jumping all over the place,) or does the game itself run poorly? If it's the latter, your computer might be overheating. That's the only reason I can think of for the problem to be occurring in spurts.

Answer by Rizer http://tinyurl.com/4cwl5d5 ^Dual Core Processors
http://tinyurl.com/45r4x2z ^Quad Core Processors
These are just some samples that range from different types of processors and different prices. As you can see, the prices between the two are somewhat similar. You could probably find a quad core processor that costs slightly more than a good dual core processor.
If dual core is really what you want (Dual cores are pretty decent), then you'll have to look in-depth into the ones that interest you. Because not every processor is compatible with every motherboard.
As for the motherboards themselves, I recommend you keep an eye on the maximum memory (RAM) it has. This basically means that some motherboards have more of a capacity to expand their RAM than others do. Some have a maximum of 4 gigs, others have 6, 8, 12, etc. I doubt you need 12 gigs of to play any videogame in existence, but you should also get one that leaves yourself some reasonable room to expand. You should really only need 2 gigs to run WoW, but in the future you might want to try more PC games with higher RAM requirements, so the option to expand will always be there for you. (If, lets say, you get a motherboard with 4 gigs max ram, if you get high end RAM sticks that support 8 gigs in 4 slots, your motherboard will still only be able to use 4gigs.)

Question by Aleksandar: How many people are playing dc universe? how many people are playing this game and my other question is whats the best character for pvp? Im using circle fire handblasts? How is it?
Best answer:
Answer by grandfather raven lots and lots of people still playing. USPC servers are full every day. i hear PS3 has even more.
there's no "best" for pvp (otherwise everyone would be using it). in general, melee weapons are "better" in that they hit harder and aren't as easy to counter.
nothing wrong with handblasters, but if you just stay back and use ranged, you're going to get lunged-hardstunned-killed in short order. mix it up with lunges of your own, and remember to block occasionally. :)
